Return Policy

These are the conditions to apply for a return:

√ Customers receive product within 7 working days, undamaged and unused, with complete packaging, related products, gifts, and manuals to ensure secondary sales are not affected.

√ Customer discovers non-human damage in the product within 7 working days of receiving it.

 

We reserve the right to refuse customer returns in the following circumstances:

× Customized engraved products cannot be returned.

× Return requests made more than 7 workdays after the date of receipt

× Returned damaged, incomplete or missing packaging, related products, gifts, or manuals caused by human factors.

× Unable to provide purchase order number during return, or falsifying or altering the document;

× Products damaged by uncontrollable events like fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents, etc.

× Failed to send the corresponding items within 7 workdays after contacting us to confirm the return service;

× Other situations as mentioned in the policy.

3)We will review your return and refund application within 2 workdays.

*Refunds may be delayed during promotional periods. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Refund Time

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It will take about 7-14 working days, depending on the bank or credit card you used for payment.

 

Return of coupons and shopping points

After the refund is completed, the coupon and shopping points will be returned and can be used again before they expire.

 

Additional Purchase Item

If you want to return an order with an additional purchased item, you can only get a refund for the entire order. You cannot ask for a refund for individual items.

 

The shipping fee for return

We will not cover the return shipping fee and the refund will be processed using the original payment method. All products must be returned in original condition with original packaging.

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange if one of the following conditions is met:

√ Customer finds significant differences between the product and the original product description within 14 workdays of receiving it.

√ Customer discovers functional defects in the product that are not caused by human within 14 workdays of receiving it.

 

We reserve the right to refuse customer returns in the following circumstances:

× Customized engraved products cannot be exchanged.

× Exchange requests made more than 14 workdays after the date of receipt.

× Unable to provide order number during exchange, or falsifying or altering the document;

× Exchange items that are incomplete or damaged due to human factors;

× After being inspected by PARSEC, the product is fine.

× Products damaged by uncontrollable events like fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents, etc.

× Failed to send the corresponding items within 7 workdays after contacting us to confirm the exchange service;

× Request for exchange due to damage during transportation, but unable to provide relevant evidence;

× Other situations as mentioned in the policy.

Warranty Service

Our products come with a two-year warranty for normal use. To avoid damage, please don’t overstuff or put sharp objects in them, or exceed the recommended number of cards in the wallet.

Warranty service covers factory defects, but not damage caused by unreasonable use, human negligence, normal wear and tear, or personal modifications.

PARSEC warranty service is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.

Warranty included:

  1. Free replacement or supplement available for damaged or missing hardware of the product.
  2. We can restitch the thread that comes apart.
  3. It is possible to repair leather, wood, and surface wear and tear with a similar paint.

*PARSEC’s repair and warranty service may result in changes to color and style. Please note that customized adjustments cannot be accepted.
